The Human Behind the Healer
Even healers need to be held
You spend your days holding space for others.
Regulating.
Attuning.
Carrying what isn’t yours… and still showing up.
But most of it, you hold on your own.
This event is for you. A chance to be in a room with women who understand
and where you can finally be supported by women who get the weight of this work.

A Therapeutic Day Intensive for Mental Health Professionals
Designed for therapists in private practice who do meaningful work… often without much support or community.
Through an IFS experience, you’ll:
Release what you’ve been carrying on your own
Experience being witnessed—not as the therapist, but as a person
Reconnect with yourself & others who get it.
Come be in a room where you don’t have to hold it all on your own.

What Makes This Different
A guided, experiential day designed for connection:
Arrival + Softening
Setting down the therapist role and settling into the room
Parts Work (IFS)
Gently meeting the parts of you that carry so much
Unburdening
Releasing what you’ve been holding on your own
Witnessing
Being seen—without fixing, analyzing, or performing
Integration
Leaving with more space inside, and a sense of not being alone
This is not a networking event, a training, or surface-level self-care. This is a space to step out of doing this work alone. You'll leave with:
Lighter nervous system
A deeper connection to yourself & other practitioners who get it how isolating this work can feel
The felt experience of not being alone
Oct 23rd | 9am–6pm
$350 — lunch & snacks included
For female therapists and healers who:
Crave real connection—not just case consultation or surface-level check-ins
Know how isolating this work can feel, especially in outpatient settings
Move through full days of clients, then go home still holding it all
Move from session to session with little space to process
Are used to being the steady one, even when they’re not
Don’t often feel seen as a the human behind the healer
It’s okay to get support and build YOUR community so you can better service your clients.
You just weren’t meant to hold this alone.
