Who I Am & Why I Do This Work
First off, I love what I do. I get to help people uncover the root of their pain that needs healing and the strength that’s been inside them all along. I know how to hold space, guide deep work, and help you rewrite the beliefs that are keeping you stuck.
But here’s the thing—I know what it’s like to feel like you’re never enough—to hustle, to grind for worthiness, only to find yourself exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in patterns that don’t work. Been there. Boo. Would not recommend.
My Approach to Healing
Over the years, I’ve found that the magic formula for deep healing and lasting change is this:

✅ Trauma Healing with EMDR (because unresolved trauma makes everything harder)
✅ Parts Work (IFS – because we all have inner parts that need healing, not just “fixing”)

🔹 My Waitlist is Open – I currently have limited therapy openings, but you can join my waitlist below. Therapy services are available to Utah residents only.
🔹 Embracing Me Retreats – These are powerful, coaching-based retreats focused on embodied healing, connection, and transformation.
