Megan is a healing space-maker. Shame-slayer. She brings 15 years of clinical experience and is trained in IFS, EMDR, DBT, and Brené Brown’s shame resilience work. Her goal is to help women develop fierce self-compassion. Her superpower? Helping women feel seen, safe, and deeply supported—in community and within themselves.

Kayla is also a proud mama to a spirited little girl and a sweet baby boy. 💛

Kylee uses the power of breathwork to create body connection and emotional releasing. Kylee's empathy and courage are gifts she shares to allow others deep connection.

Amanda is a trauma-informed leader with deep expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and relational healing. She brings years of experience guiding families through emotional challenges, helping them shift long-standing patterns and rebuild trust. Amanda’s gift lies in holding structure and compassion side by side—creating spaces where growth, connection, and accountability can thrive.

Yoga Instructor

Kelbie is a childhood sexual abuse survivor/warrior. Yoga was the first time Kelbie felt truly safe in her own body. Kelbie's yoga aims at helping other's to heal, feel empowered and safely connect to thier bodies. She believes yoga isn't just about the physcial pratice but the spirtual enlightment.

AUBREE SULLIVAN, LCSW

Equine Therapist

Aubree is a trauma informed therapist who's love for the outdoors and animals collided which led to the creation of Hope Reins Healing. Aubree deeply believes in one's ability to heal mind, body and spirit and has witnessed deep and profound healing with horses-"The Mirror To Our Soul". She is passionate about creating sacred space for this deep transformational work.
