Embracing Me: Coming Home to Self is a therapist-designed, two-day intensive for women who are ready to stop abandoning themselves and begin living from intuition, inner authority, and creative truth.
Grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and led by science and soul, this experience invites you to reconnect with Self — the calm, confident, connected presence beneath the noise, roles, and expectations.
This is a space to listen inward, honor the parts that learned to survive, and restore trust in your inner knowing so you can live from the inside out.
In sisterhood, we remember. In safety, we reclaim.
In Self, we come home.

What Makes this Workshop Different
Talking about healing isn’t the same as feeling it.
You’ll engage in modalities that meet you where talking can’t.
Led by Science + Soul — Trauma-informed, IFS therapist-designed practices that help your mind and body reconnect so you can step into genuine self-leadership.
Igniting Creativity and Empowerment — Somatic yoga and guided embodiment practices help you reconnect with your body and learn how to hear the wisdom it’s been trying to offer you.
Born Makers — Through hands-on pottery work, you’ll tap into that creative birthright — using art as a pathway to clarity, intention, and empowerment.
Held in Sisterhood — A space where every story belongs. Through shared courage, tears, and laughter, you’ll remember you were never meant to heal alone.
“This was one of the most beautiful and healing experiences of my entire life. So much more healing than I had anticipated…I feel so much lighter and more free and more open to receiving now.”
— Amanda R.
Therapist-led. Trauma-informed. Rooted in compassion.

• Meeting Your Inner Voices
Through guided parts work and meditation, learn to recognize and honor the protective parts inside you—without judgment. Build safety, clarity, and compassion toward yourself.
• Finding the Knower
Experience Self-energy firsthand: the calm, confident, connected presence within you. Learn to distinguish intuition from fear and reconnect with the part of you that feels like “home.”

You don’t need to become the Knower—you’re remembering her.
DAY 2 — LIVING FROM SELF
From insight → to embodied truth and empowered action.
• Acting From Knowing
Practice choosing from inner authority instead of fear or old patterns. Strengthen self-trust, internal permission, and intuitive decision-making.
• Creative Embodiment
